İncident Team
Özel İncident Oral and Dental Health Clinic has been operating in Isparta since 2008. Occasionally accepting intern students, Özel İncident continues to add new dentists to its team at its new location, where it has been serving since 2021. With its innovative vision, Özel İncident brings together the ideas of its dentists and management board through regularly held meetings, continuing its path with the goal of continuous improvement.
About
Dr. ŞAHİN, born in 1967 in Isparta, graduated from Atatürk University Faculty of Dentistry in 1991 and began his doctoral studies at the same faculty. After completing his orthodontics training in 1996, he started working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Orthodontics at SDÜ Faculty of Dentistry. He served as the head of the Orthodontics Department for eight years. In 2000, he worked under Prof. Moss at The London Hospital to improve both his foreign language skills and orthodontic knowledge and experience.
In 2008, he left SDÜ and became one of the founding partners of Özel İncident. In 2017, he returned to an academic position in the Department of Orthodontics at SDÜ Faculty of Dentistry. An active member of numerous professional associations, Şahin also participates actively in social responsibility projects. Since 2019, he has been working as an Orthodontist in the Department of Orthodontics at Mehmet Akif University Faculty of Dentistry and continues to serve as a board member at Özel İncident.

About
Ayşe Helen Sağlam, born in 2002 in Isparta, completed her primary, middle, and high school education in Isparta. After graduating from Bahçeşehir High School, she began her undergraduate studies at Hacettepe University Faculty of Dentistry. During the summer terms of 2023 and 2024, she completed internships abroad, enhancing both her academic knowledge and foreign language skills. Dt. Ayşe Helen Sağlam successfully graduated in 2025 and started working at our clinic in the same year.

About
Born in Bursa in 1997, Specialist Dentist Hilal Uçak completed her undergraduate education at Hacettepe University Faculty of Dentistry in 2020. She completed her specialty training in the Department of Prosthodontics at Süleyman Demirel University in 2024.
In her clinical practice, she focuses on aesthetic dentistry, prosthetic treatments, and restorative procedures, with particular emphasis on implant-supported prostheses and smile design. By keeping up with current treatment approaches, she aims to provide her patients with functional and aesthetic solutions.

Bilge Nur Bilen, born in 2001 in Isparta, graduated from Selçuk University Faculty of Dentistry in 2025. Since 2025, she has been working at Özel İncident Oral and Dental Health Clinic, focusing on aesthetic dentistry, digital dentistry, conservative dentistry, and intermediate surgical procedures.
